We started Paleo Palette to cut through the noise of modern society and ground health in something simple and accessible to anyone so that any person at any point in their health journey can get something from it.
As more and more people around me became sick, they would think it was random or unlucky, and we were determined to figure out what the root cause of most disease was and if we had any real chance to take control of our health or if it was just luck of the cards.

Getting back to real food, meats, organs, raw dairy, fruits and honey.

We are a part of nature; we need to move and stretch, jump, test the limits of our amazing bodies.

Living closer to the earth, get your feet in the grass, be outside with the sun, and wear natural fibers like linen, cotton, and wool.

Using technology consciously and not letting it use us. Minimizing the artificial dopamine, blue light, and EMFs.

Returning to a still and calculated mind, taking a step back from the stimulation, and rewiring how we think and deal with stress.

Reconnecting with something greater through prayer and meditation, a forgotten pillar of true health.
Paleo Palette is built on the idea that your body already knows how to heal, it just needs the right inputs.

The human body thrives on foods and rythms that we evolved with.

Paleo isn't just a diet, it's a way of living that honors the human blueprint.

Paleo bridges what our ancestors instinctively knew and what sceince tells us today.
Learn how to calm your digestion, simplify your meals, and reconnect with real food using a clear, ancestral style approach. Built from meat, fruit, dairy, simple cooking fats, and foods your body naturally recognizes. No complicated rules, no overwhelm, just a practical reset you can start today.
Learn MoreIt focuses on whole foods that humans have always eaten. This includes meat, organs, fruit, raw dairy, honey, eggs, and healthy animal fats. These foods provide the nutrients your body uses for energy, hormones, digestion, and recovery without the processed ingredients that cause inflammation in modern diets.
Whole animal foods contain complete proteins, bioavailable vitamins, minerals, and essential fats that your body can use immediately. Processed foods are often full of seed oils, additives, and sugars that create inflammation and stress the liver and gut. When you remove those stressors, your body runs more smoothly and your energy becomes more stable.
Organ meats provide nutrients in their most concentrated form. This includes vitamin A, B vitamins, iron, copper, choline, and amino acids that support hormones, detox, and cellular energy. They fill the nutritional gaps that many people struggle with today, even if they eat well.
Movement acts as a stress reliever, improves circulation, strengthens the lymphatic system, and supports detox pathways. Walking, lifting, sprinting, and outdoor activity mimic the variety of movement humans evolved with. Even simple daily movement helps regulate hormones, boost mood, and support digestion.
Synthetic fabrics like polyester and nylon can trap heat, irritate the skin, and shed microplastics. They also hold onto odors and chemicals more easily. Natural fabrics like linen, cotton, and wool breathe better, regulate temperature, and reduce contact with synthetic materials. Many people find they feel calmer and more comfortable in natural fibers.
Constant screen time, artificial light, and EMF exposure can disrupt sleep, stress the nervous system, and pull attention away from natural cues like sunlight and movement. Using less artificial light at night, getting morning sunlight, and taking intentional breaks from screens helps regulate circadian rhythm and restore mental clarity.
Chronic stress taxes the liver, increases inflammation, weakens digestion, and disrupts sleep. The body detoxes and repairs itself best when the nervous system is calm. Practices like walking, breathwork, cold exposure, sunlight, and time outdoors support the body’s natural stress response and make nutrition more effective.
Yes. The brain and body are deeply connected. A negative, overwhelmed mindset can influence digestion, hormones, inflammation, and sleep. A more grounded mindset, built through routine, intentional breathing, sunlight exposure, and eating nutrient-dense foods, helps the body operate in a balanced state.
Seed oils oxidize easily and create inflammation when heated or stored. Natural fats like tallow, butter, ghee, and dairy provide stable energy and support the brain, hormones, and cell membranes. These fats have been a part of human diets for thousands of years and align with the body’s natural biology.
When people remove processed foods, they lose a major source of sodium. Electrolytes replace sodium, potassium, and magnesium that the body needs for energy, muscle function, and hydration. Adding electrolytes helps prevent fatigue, headaches, and dehydration, especially if someone is active or practices intermittent fasting.
Modern healthcare was built to treat symptoms, not restore health. Instead of adressing the root cause were prescribed pills and lifelong medications that down the line cause even worse problems. Sadly the system thrives on disease not prevention.
Chronic fatigue, obesity, anxiety, infertility, and more keep increasing in prevalence. These aren't random. We've traded sunlight for screens, real cooked meals for fast food, and exercise for convenience.
The truth is real food has been replaced with synthetic, lab-grown food pumped with additives, built for shelf life instead of human life. These things create profits for companies but create problems for people.
